MdynamiX AG and DTC Navigation Solutions GmbH & Co. KG enter into strategic partnership and sign reseller agreement for optical measuring tool MXoptiCal

Krailling, 19.09.2024 – MdynamiX AG and DTC Navigation Solutions GmbH & Co. KG have formed a strategic partnership and signed a reseller agreement for the innovative optical measuring tool MXoptiCal. The goal of this cooperation is to increase the efficiency and accuracy of road tests and to provide engineers with a reliable solution for the precise measurement of vehicles.

Over the past few years, MdynamiX has identified a number of challenges in conducting road tests. Traditional measurement methods are error prone and time consuming, as calibration is still done with a meter stick and data transfer is manual. To overcome these problems, MdynamiX has developed a measurement tool that uses photogrammetry to capture the position of the IMU or other POIs in the vehicle coordinate system. Using this method, the MXoptiCal provides highly accurate, reproducible measurement results in just a few steps and ensures error-free operation.

The partnership brings together two specialists in the field of measurement technology. DTC’s extensive portfolio and MdynamiX’s expertise complement each other perfectly to support engineers in their daily work and increase the efficiency of road tests.
