MdynamiX at Explore to Innovate 2026 – World Premiere, Strong Partnerships, and Hands-On Innovation

Explore to Innovate 2026 – the joint event hosted by IFM (Institute for Driver Assistance and Connected Mobility) and MdynamiX near Memmingen, Germany – was once again a great success. In a truly unique setting, including a former jet aircraft hangar, MdynamiX and numerous industry partners showcased innovations in vehicle dynamics, driver assistance, and driving experience – ready to touch, try out, and experience firsthand.

World Premiere: The New Suspension HiL

The undisputed highlight at the MdynamiX main booth: the world premiere of our new Suspension HiL. The test rig is ready for hardware-in-the-loop applications and classical damper characteristic measurements. Looking ahead, we also plan to operate the Suspension HiL in the loop with a driving simulator – bridging the gap between real components and virtual test driving.

MXevalApp and MXeval: Subjective Evaluation, Objective Measurement

Also in the spotlight: our vehicle evaluation tools. The MXevalApp enables structured subjective evaluation studies with customers and engineers. Combined with MXeval, which calculates objective KPIs and processes both subjective and objective data, it delivers a complete picture of real vehicle performance – on the proving ground as well as in a dynamic driving simulator.

Acoustics Innovations: ASG and ANC

In the main hall, our acoustics team presented two more highlights: Active Sound Generation (ASG) and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) for electric motors – innovative solutions for the sound experience in modern vehicles.

Cooperation with auto motor und sport: Putting Driver Assistance Systems to the Test

A special role was played by our cooperation with auto motor und sport. Together, we test and optimize driver assistance systems such as ACC, lane keeping, parking, and lane change assistants – always focusing on the driver experience. Following two successful test campaigns, with results already published in the respective issues, the cooperation enters its third round this October. The shared goal: perfection – and, ultimately, a happy customer.

Two real eye-catchers drew additional attention to the auto motor und sport booth: the Golf GTI Clubsport from this year’s 24-hour race at the Nürburgring and a RUF SCR on display in the lecture hall.

Strong Partnerships – Experienced Live

MdynamiX was not only present at its own main booth but also featured at numerous partner booths:

  • Ansible Motion: Cockpit with MXsteerACT force feedback steering
  • VI-grade: Full setup with brake and steering test bench, both in the loop with a static driving simulator (MXsteerLink and MXbrakeLink)
  • Vector & cosin scientific software (FTire): Cooperation on the force feedback steering wheel (MXsteerWheel RT pro)

This wide range of joint exhibits impressively demonstrates how closely MdynamiX works with its industry partners – from the component to the test bench all the way into simulation.

Innovation is Born from Exchange

Explore to Innovate 2026 proved once again: innovation is born from exchange. We would like to thank all visitors, partners, and speakers for the inspiring conversations – and we are already looking forward to the next edition!
